There was no uhaul office there or personnel to help me. I had no idea where to get the vehicle key from and obviously there was no one to help me. Tried using the livechat but that was no help. Tried phoning the helpline but there was a wait time of over 1 hour. Terrible experience. I will be asking for my money back. I ended up getting a rental from the Kenmount rd location
