This place has very poor management. I drove three and a half hours to get to this place for a truck I had reserved in advance. To start with the phone number provided on the app is disconnected. I was running 20- 30 mins behind due to traffic and wanted to let someone know. So, I called dispatch in Atlanta for a secondary number if they had one and they did. Turns out that number was disconnected as well. Upon arrival and through the checkout procedure through the app, the black lock box had no key and was unlocked. The only number I had anyone pickup on at the time was 678-608-4146. They gave me all the codes to the boxes and turns out i didn't need them. all boxes where open and no keys where inside expect black box #3. I was about to open that one when the manager showed up 30 mins later and had all keys in his car!!!! I was beyond furious at this point. I proceeded to tell him we couldn't get in touch with him, and he proceeded to tell me his phone number is on that truck right there parked in the front!!! I told him we lived almost 4 hours away!! How the heck would we know that when we were driving up here? Anyway, he asked me if I had already paid for it and I said I wouldn't have the codes if I didn't. The supervisor or manager of this place really needs to be let go and new help needs to be hired who actually does their job. I would have been waiting an hour for a key that he had in his car the whole time. And I was on a schedule moving my belongings. I will not be going back here.

While the location was average, the experience was not. I had to drive and extra 13 miles to this location because the keys weren’t left at the original location and I was charged for those miles and when I booked the truck the insurance was $45 but charged me $60 which I’m waiting on a refund for

First, the amount of gas that was documented in the contract didn’t match what was in the truck. The truck was almost on E and there were more miles than stated in the contract. Because of that, when dropping off the vehicle, they tried to charge me an extra $120+ which I had to dispute. Luckily, I took a picture of the starting mileage and gas. Then, I booked the truck for one way dropoff and the renter contacted me personally to ask if I could return it back to the original location because he “didn’t know it was booked for a one way”. Customer service instructed me to drop off at the original drop-off location based on what was stated in the contract. Everything about this was just unprofessional and a hassle.
