The Uhaul did not had the dolly and blankets I reserved, there was also a homeless person sleeping on the truck box that we realized was there after I started the truck and was starting to move with it, the manager was apologetic about it I do have to say.

susan iOwner of the location purposely overcharged me for fuel before and after the vehicle was returned. Gas meter was 1/4 wrong upon inspection. Gas meter was charged 1/4 additional for fuel that was incorrectly recorded by my own pictures I recorded.
antonio pEquipment was fine but when I ran into a problem regarding an add on to my reservation customer service was horrible and they just give you the run around! If you run into a problem renting from a third party location and they give you the wrong information U haul will not resolve it. Third party vendors need to be better informed on U haul policies and if add ons are not available at that location you should not be able to add it on to your reservation, or at the very least it should be communicated with the customer that it is not available prior to your pick up so that you can make an informed decision on wether you want to proceed or cancel.

EUGENE CMario went above and beyond any and all expectations of customer service satisfaction. Mario expressed his sorrow for my previous experience with uhaul at a different location and did everything to expedite my pickup and drop off processes. Mario and his location is the only place I will ever do business with in the Fort Lauderdale area with any of my moving needs. Mario deserves more than a 5 star rating. Mario’s communication and customer service skills are impeccable and should be recognized by the U-Haul company

JOHN LWhile the staff were nice on the phone the location and drop off area was horrible. It was hard to get the truck and tow trailer in. The hours were not convenient for in person drop off and the Uhaul online drop off app was useless!!!

Irving SThe pickup location was fine. The process of reserving the trailer was terrible and I will never use uHaul again. The reservation was confirmed and they charged my cc for the entire 5 day rental. When I went to pick the trailer up none were available and there were no trailers available in the city. I was told it was common for the reservation center to make reservations for trailers or trucks that were not present and that the local centers had to deal with angry frustrated customers in a regular basis. Crazy to keep making the same empty promise to customers.
CHRISTOPHER MI needed the van for less than an hour. I drove the van approximately 10 miles. And I used less than a gallon of gas. I took a picture of the amount of gas I had in the truck when I picked it up and returned the van with the exact same amount. Yet, I was still charged for more gas than I used! It's only a $7.00 upcharge, but it's still not right!

CARLOS AFront windshield had love bugs all over it. I had to stop and clean it off to see at the first gas station. My reservation was for the Pembroke Uhaul close to home pick-up. I got a text the day of to drive to Aokland Park about 10 miles north one way to pick up the truck
BRIAN MI was redirected to this location after the other location didn't have my truck. I could not use a larger truck. The u haul system was down on April 19 and I did not get to the high rise condo till 12 pm. I was only allowed to load till 4 pm. I did not get all of the items. I was very disappointed. It is too far and expensive to rent the truck again and go back. The guy at other U haul was able to get me the truck manually.

They charged my credit card for additional mileage and additional gas even though we brought the truck back with more gas than when we picked it up and we only drove 40 miles. Several calls and 2 visits to the location and still not resolved. Every excuse. Worst customer service ever. Stay away from these scammers and save yourself a lot of aggravation. Home Depot is a short drive away. We should have gone there. Stay safe everyone.

GEORGE BThe location need lot of improvement. I have used other location that way much better than this location. The equipment was not clean and maintained at all, they have hidden insurance change I heard about only when I returned the equipment trying to tell me that the insurance is not optional, and so on. I had to find to get that charge removed.
pierre pThe owner was great on the phone but the attendant arrived 30 minutes late and it took an hour more to get going. He was nice and wasn't feeling well due to the COVID shot so I could understand but the computer was complicated. I did check in online so I ended up in the computer twice Not hi fault but it took a while to figure out.
