Customer Service lies get charged for stuff that didn't happen
Shawn KOur truck was there but there were no keys in any of the lock boxes. We called customer service and the only options were to wait until the next day (not an option for us), or go to another location that was a half hour away. It is what it is, but this experience will make me choose a different provider next time.

EMILY HI had to extend my original rental time by 2 days. Luckily, Ray's Auto Body was accommodating and did not demand I return the rental on my original return date. The flexibility was appreciated.
Rod KIt could have been a great experience. There should be better directions about locating the truck on the property. It was tucked back two Pole buildings and then it was stuck behind three other vehicles in an awkward spot to try to pull it out.

Weston sThis location as busy ordering auto supplies and had some trouble logging onto the U-Haul app so there was about a 5 minute wait to drop off the truck. Still I appreciate having all these satellite locations so we don't have to drive far to pick up or drop off a vehicle.

Richard RThe actual shop was not the issue. Unfortunately, Uhaul gave us the wrong address for this location which caused an extra 30 min drive due to glare ice road conditions. It was 5:30am and Uhaul customer service was no help, they told me I would have to talk to the Scheduling dept which didn't open until 7am. At the end of the day we took our chances of using the Google Maps location for the auto shop and it worked out. Regardless, hugely frustrating experience particularly since the mileage it took due to uhauls misinformation caused us mileage overcharges.

Nick jDon’t wait to the last to tell your customers they have to drive a hour to get the trailer. Why don’t you have someone transport the equipment to a closer location.

Tyrone LTHEE best customer service. Had a problem with blinkers, they troubleshooted and found it was a fuse, replaced it with no charge.

Mervin BThese movers were very friendly and efficient. They completed my move in under 4 hours with 59 miles of travel time. Would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. And they were very careful with my furniture and didn't break anything. Very happy with the service

Nils NThe driver side wind shield wiper did work properly. We needed to clear the windshield of moisture. Engaging the wipers, the driver side wiper failed. We took a photo of the event.

Hayes QI ordered the trailer in the Cambridge location and in the morning I got a call from someone that told me they didn’t have it and that I had to drive to PRINCETON 20 miles away and bring it back 20 miles back to PRINCETON. Waste of time on my end.
