Was most likely not the locations fault. However, the mobile pickup was a nightmare to use. Pickup was at 5PM, did not leave till after 6PM which made for a late arrival on a pickup appointment. This is unacceptable. Why have pre verification only to have to wait almost an hour for â€œapprovalâ€? I will not be using Uhaul in the foreseeable future.Gary S.

The online portal to pickup/ dropoff after store hours is a joke. I wasted so much of my time trying to get my truck that it put me behind moving. Then i had to same type of issues when trying to return the truck. Then after hours of my time was wasted and a call center person helped me they told me I would not be charged any extra fees or anything due to my inconvenience. But when I got my receipt, I was charged extra.Stacey H.

I reserved an appliance dolly and pads. Not in truck. Location was â€œclosedâ€ only app pick up. Went to 2 more locations before I could get pads and never did get the appliance dolly I paid for. And the extra driving around made me be over mileage when I returned.Michael S.

I did the online check in, and according to advertising to would be quick and easy. The first time I tried to do it on the app and it took over 30 minutes and still said awaiting approve. I then called the customer service line and they did not seem to know what was going on. Lastly I did it on the online browser and it took another 15 minutes. I then left with my uhaul 45 minutes after I got there and was still expected to bring it back at the normal scheduled time. That was highly disappointing to me.Haley H.

When rented it showed a flat fee for the truck. This fee was much more than the fees for trucks rented for lesser amounts and then paid by mile. When we turned the truck in we were charged .40 a mile. This was never indicated when reserving the truck.Shawn M.

I wish you would give us credit for gas put in above the level needed. If you charge us for not putting in enough, you should give us a credit for something you will use. You should really have each tank full, so its easy to fill it back up not estimate the fill each time, seems a bit lazy on Uhauls part.Clinton S.
