DEANNE WI’ve use this location several times to rent U-Haul‘s in the past. Rays carpet is by far the best place to rent a U-Haul in the area very knowledgeable very fast. I always have the equipment. I’m looking for customer service is 1000%. Thanks again I’ll be back.
JEFFREY HVan dash said 0% oil life. Whole renting process through the app/website was incredibly frustrating. Geo location would not load on GPS despite allowing it. Most disappointing was that I was given the option to choose drop off location, then when it came time to return I had to go back to the original location. Wasting time and gas.

Milton EThere was a gallon of spoiled milk left in the uhaul and it had a horrible smell. Unfortunately I had to clean it up and the smell still lasted the entire time. Whoever is checking the uhauls is not doing a good job.

Willis RThe customer service i received from the Uhaul helpline was phenomenal! There was some type of problem with my reservation and Uhaul called to reschedule me for a different location (the location listed above). When I tried to register online I ran into some problems and called the 800 number online since the pickup location was closed. Through the course of trying to resolve my issue, I spoke with two people- 1- a gentleman at the original pickup location, and 2 a woman through the call center. Both individuals were kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Moving is always stressful and when you run into problems, it is easier to get frustrated easily. However, with both of these people it was impossible to get frustrated or even stressed! They are the epitome of what excellent service is and I could not be more thankful, they took a potential stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. My only complaint is with myself for not writing down their names so that I could include them in this review. Thank you for having such wonderful staff!

She is so friendly and helpful,they are my go to place EVERY time i need a rental. Only time if used another place is if they didnt have what i needed. Highly recommend them...

zachery Stire where not in good shape engine needed a tune-up of over 500 dollars in gas it sucked gas like water. i was shocked as i drive most U-Haul trucks 2 times this year
