Overall experience was good. It was my first time renting a UHAUL and also my first time in the driver seat of one. For a tall guy with big feet this truck was an issue. The gas and break pedals are way too close. I literally had to concentrate on putting my right foot as far left, on the break, as possible so I wouldn't depress both at the same time. I did depress both at the same time but thankfully the truck was in park each time. The truck was clean, for the most part. Looked like someones pen leaked on the drivers seat. I touched it with a finger and nothing transferred but it must have transferred to my pants when I was getting out because the ink was gone from the seat later. As far as the location, I had no problems with the company (Ray's Towing and Tire Center) but it was in the boonies and wasn't even my second, or third, choice for locations to pickup a truck. I contacted Lyft to pick me up when I dropped off the truck and one driver cancelled the trip because he got lost and another had to call me because she couldn't find it.

Representative helped me hitch the trailer. The trailer worked perfectly in securing my vehicle, and the entire trip.

This location was alright, run down, and when I got the truck it only had half a tank of gas in it which isn't fair to me

Latch fell off, 4 rivets fell out on trip resulting in rear door opening on highway. Not good. Don't think anything fell out but still inventoring, had some old bolts and toolbox in car, fixed it and continued. I took pictures and told attendant at trailer return location...I'm planning on renting trailer again in 2 weeks for same trip...seems like you should pay me for fixing your trailer

This facility was amazing and so helpful with the loading of the car tow. They went above and beyond and loaded my car up properly for me onto the tow and secured it for me as well, I am so grateful they were there to help. Most places would not offer additional help if even opened. 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst experience ever, I made a reservation and the vehicle wasn't even there on top of the fact that they double booked me with another person and then sent me to another location that had a truck but the person managing it said I had to bring it back in 6 hours when I made the a reservation for 24 hours, the truck was also empty on gas and I had to go and get gas in my own vehicle to then come back and out gas In the truck. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First off, I tried to call and let them know that I was going to be a little bit late picking up the truck. However, the phone number for the place was disconnected. I was able to send a message through the uhaul site. A few minutes late I get an extremely rude phone call from the man who works there, telling me he is not going to wait all day. I proceeded to tell him I'd be a half hour late and I only live ten minutes away. He then nastily asked me why I'm going to be a half hour late when I'm ten minutes away. I had to continue to explain that I was waiting on my ride to pick me up. When I got to this place, we walked in to fill out the paperwork and there was a disheveled man sitting in the corner nodding out, looking like he was coming off of drugs. The man who called me proceeded to fill out my paperwork, and then ASKED ME TO READ THE NUMBERS OFF MY CREDIT CARD TO HIM. I I looked behind me at the strange man who was sweating and nodding off on the dirty couch, and said absolutely not. He was annoyed that he had to take my card and run it through. I could keep going with my negative experience at this place, but I'll just leave it at...very unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service. Rude and sarcastic for no reason at all.

The truck interior was very dirty. The headlights were not adjusted and lights were very dim. I had to ask him to give me a once over on truck features and how to. There needs to be dividers to help stablize contents. I just want to let Uhaul know that I was very disappointed in the fact that I made my reservation a week ahead I would think plenty of time to coordinate a truck and auto dollie. I had to drive to two different pick up locations many miles apart. I thought that was why we make reservations?

I was over charged and need a portion of my money refunded. I got a $29 cargo trailer for one day, brought it back late so I had it 1.5 days. Was charged $60 then a second charge of $23. So $83 for 1.5 days

The vehicle had a bad alignment, there was no gas we immediately had to fill up the tank. The interior was filthy and someone had recently spilled a drink and it wasn’t cleaned. There were rips and tears in both seats in the interior

Gave rental to unauthorized person without my permission. Wasn't in office when time business was supposed to be open. I was charged a service fee due to being unable to reenter vehicle, because establishment wasn't open. Attempted to cancel my reservation when I was an hour late even though I had 24/7 access. There was a agreement from previous customer in vehicle which indicated it was not cleaned prior. I will not be using this location again no matter how close it is to my location.

Ray was very pleasant and helpful. The location site was hard to drive into with our 15' truck and transport trailer. Building was close to a busy road, not enough room to drive equipment into this site. Transport trailer looked like inches from busy road. UHAUL should definately look into this location. Not substantial for their equipment.

The place that we got the uhaul from was ran down. No one was in the office to help for about 30 minutes. Only one person deal with the actual uhaul stuff and he was very rude and nasty. Next time I might go directly through uhaul but these side hustle uhaul spots is not it!!

Called on the phone to confirm reservation and ended up hanging up due to the rudeness of the person who answered the phone. Due to an error inputing my phone number into the computer I was not able to confirm the mileage and gas and was incorrectly charged a fuel charge at the drop off location.

The location is great if you live on that side of the tunnel. Good friendly service, I had ask for a pick on military highway close to home, nothing available but I still seen trucks in the parking lot

That was my first time driving anything like that, but it was a good experience. Felt like I needed to go to DMV to get my CDL next! Watch out for big mama coming through! Good service they fixed everything that went wrong with my order as well. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Rental was for 8:15 and the business was supposed opens at 8:00Am. i called owner at 8:15 and it took until 840 before he showed, yhen he said he had to do a level 1 inspection. Did not have the tolley and two dozen blankets. I had to drive to Mercury BLVD Uhaul to pick materials up. I was paying two movers to stand around while i was jerked around by Uhaul. Will never use website to make an arrangement. Unsatisfactory.
