No cell signal to be able to self serve check in. The location was closed for a holiday, so was unable to speak with anyone.

Lock was stuck.

Brian BFor the second time I experienced a tire blowout on your auto transport trailer. After being delayed for nearly three hours, a repair truck arrived and changed not only the blownout tire, he also changed the tire or the other side because it had a bulge protruding out of the tire.

Marc BI had ordered a 4 by 8 trailor earlier. I received a call on Saturday 5/7 indicating this size trailor was no longer available. As part of this update, your team then searched options. Ultimately this meant that I had to travel 30 minutes one way to pick up my trailor. While your team did keep the investment level associated with smaller trailor, it was disappointing that I Had reserved the 4x8 but then had to pull a much larger trailor and drive an extra 60 Minutes in total to pick up the available unit. Not a great customer service experience.
Mark BDropped the unit off after hours on 10/1. I could not get the online check in process to work.
