Was a very bad experience all around at the location custumer service on the phone was great

I had reserved this for mobile pickup with the app but when I arrived I was unable to check in. I called the number provided and was informed that a truck had not yet been assigned. The cs agent assigned a truck and instructed me to try again. I did and was still unable to check in. the cs agent then informed me that this was for an in-person pickup (even though I had an email confirming app pickup) and that I had to wait until they opened at 10am (my pickup time was for 930am). This was a very frustrating experience especially since I had people waiting for me at the moving location at 10am.

It took an hour and a half to pick up a trailer that had already been reserved for and rented online. I would maybe recommend this location but with reservation. My return for drop off was no trouble at all. It only took about 5 minutes.

If offering pick up at a certain time, you don't tell customers that they'll have to wait until after reservation time to get hand delivered keys

We rented a uhaul from the Fort Wayne coldwater road location several months ago and the truck was really dirty. This time the truck was 100% cleaner and in better shape.

The trailer was full of mud and dirt The U-Haul representative didn’t speak English and input random information. I was charged over $100 and didn’t get my deposit back when I complained about the mud. Was told they were closed for the night!!!! This was an awful experience and I want my money back
