I dropped the trailer off the day before the truck. There were no personnel at the location to help so I just left it in the parking lot. The next day I dropped the truck off at the same location. Around 12:00 noon. The location was closed and no personnel there to talk to. It just felt weird that I was leaving the equipment in a lot with no other Uhaul vehicles around.

There were no people there. I returned it to the lot of a closed business where I had to wait 20 min. In sub 30° weather for I ride. Now the wait is no fault of U-Haul but putting me in that situation. This entire trip was a colossal cluster-****. From sending me a streetcorner with a truck, no actuall business, and no (accessible) key to providing a truck that should have been out of service, to sending to another vacant lot where the truck will not not be PMC'd before another person gets stuck with it. U-Haul... you screwed the pooch on this one.

Patricia SThe UHaul reeked of urine and was very dirty. This was brought to the attention of the clerk and he even came out to look and did absolutely nothing. He was not very welcoming when we visited the store. We went to the store because it was convenient, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.
SHARELL CI was disappointed that I was charged for a Dolley that was not present in the vehicle and therefore was not used. After dropping off the U-Haul, my card was on file to allow for any and every additional cost to be added without a discussion, which I didn’t truly care for. However, the attendant was very friendly and I could tell he was determined to help me. He reached out to a colleague on two occasions to ensure my rental started without issues. I am thankful for his customer service skills. I think the process of renting the U-Haul itself may need improvement.
