Overall the place that we picked up the rental was awesome. The lady that helped us was fantastic. We did have a problem with picking it up that did not involve the location. The equipment that we were supposed to pick up was supposed to be at another location. We had to drive an extra hour to pick up our equipment. The first location was called the morning we were supposed to pick up our trailer and they did not have the appliance dolly or the blankets that we needed for our trip. They were also very awesome in trying to help find the equipment that we rented and eventually everything was settled. I would have thought that Uhaul would have contacted us to tell us that we were going to have to switch our starting rental location. Instead they waited until I am talking to the person at the first location and he was awesome as well. All in all we got it completed but I would have thought that the rental could have been handled better.

Was told wrong information and once I used my card (new card) for the rental my card was compromised and they started buying things off Facebook marketplace!? Lady didn't know what she was talking about about at all! Do not recommend

Customer service there’s a problem when you reserve a truck for a certain day a certain size and a certain location because of where you live that’s what a reservation is for my reservation number was 98625548. I reserved a truck at White lumber I live in Laguna Vista, the truck was supposed to be in Port Isabel. All U-Haul company changed my pick up point which was more mileage away I was charged for. . I reserved it because of where I lived and I didn’t wanna travel 15 to 20 miles out of my way to pick up the truck.. I thought that’s where the reservation was for so you could have a truck so I had to travel out of my way to pick up a truck a bigger truck than I wanted. Your service went downhill remember years ago U-Haul people would deliver the truck to where you wanted to get it to pick it up most likely will never use U-Haul again thank you very much. I spoke with the managers in Corpus Christi and they still couldn’t help me improve your customer service knowledge them down in the valley. They must not care down here cause I lived in another place and pick up and service were great , when I reserve the truck in that town that particular place I got the truck I wanted not having a travel somewhere else to pick up a truck, but I did not order. The address given to me for return has been closed for a good while. It is as pretty annoying …. And inconvenient to waste an hour to find it and then have to find another locale in Warrior

Out back where you unhook trailer is unpaved and very rough & bumpy due to tire ruts. It's an unkept field basically & tough on your vehicle bouncing up and down.
