pierre jAt this location it was more then expected. He went out of his was to serve. He actually went to the shop after regular business hours to accommodate my needs.

Jean BWe did not receive the requested truck size despite having made the reservation several weeks in advance. We did not get the $50 compensation promised by the company when it is unable to provide us with the requested truck. The local UHAUL representative changed the return location without telling me. He told me that I only had to call the place chosen to do the drop off before arriving. Finally, once at the place I had requested for the drop off, the local representative told me that I had to go to another location. I wasted over an hour of my time on my moving day because of this error. I did not receive monetary compensation for this error. Since 2 errors (truck size, drop off location) were made by the company during our rental. According to your policy we should be entitled to a total refund of $100.

Pauline Cdid not answer emails in a timely fashion. My email was ignored in regards to over charges on gas. because I put gas in and was still charged. honestly dislike this company but had no choice but to use.

Bernard BDumb from the part of uhaul i had to pay a fee to drop-off at a new location in the same area that was in need of a trailer i think i should be paid and thanked to move that trailer to that location, a refund for the cost of the drop-off would be appreciated

Andrew CI understand that you need to top up the gas to where it was when I received the truck. What I am not impressed with is that you withdrew the money from my credit card without notifying me and you added the GST tax which the tax was already taken at the pump. Why am I being double taxed

Darrell Wthe vehicle had a bad vibration and the steering wheel was not centered. it felt like the drive shaft was bent.
Daniel JAllain went above and beyond. The cargo trailer we had reserved was over rented by Uhaul central but Allain drove to Tracadie-Sheila to pick one up to make sure we had our rental cargo.
Marc GI wish that the fuel would be filled up when picking up the truck rather than refuielling aprroximately when finished.

roger gBit out of the way - sited in a bottle recycling plant so it would be very difficult to keep the place clean and tidy. Staff friendly, byt the equipment was pretty old.
Bertram EThe big trouble was finding the trailer I wanted. Had to use a covered 5' x 8' but really just needed an open 5' x 8'. This location could use several open utility trailers!

gisele bThe new system you use for billing the customer and calculating estimated cost (mileage, etc) is a bit confusing. Also charging the credit card ahead of time instead of using a hold charge on the card is also confusing. The system ends up charging the credit card and then issuing credits. You should go back to basics.
Clifford GI picked up the truck Saturday in moncton for two days an dropped it off sunday at noon, nobody was there so I dropped off the key in the drop off box...

John MThis rating is not for the location (even though it is a run down bottle return facility) but rather for the equipment itself. I arrived for pickup of a 20' truck and auto transport trailer but when I picked them up, the trailer signal lights were not working. I was asked to drive to the local parts store and pick up an adapter plug but when I returned and we tried it, the lights were still unserviceable. I was then told to take the truck so that I could load it up and they would fix the trailer, so after doing that I received a call explaining it was not the trailer but the truck, and I should bring it to a local garage for inspection as it could be a fuse. I took the fully loaded truck to the location requested "The Shine House Auto Detailing" and spent an hour there but they said it was the wiring in the truck, and was then told to take to the local Ford Dealer in Bathurst and talk to Mike. On arrival to the Ford dealer, the front desk said it could be two weeks before being able get to it and there was nobody there named Mike (this really added to my stress level because I thought I'd have to unload the truck into another one, if available). I called the U-Haul dealer back and he told me to stay there then after a while a Ford Rep came out and said that they will take a look at it shortly as he had just spoken to Mike from U-Haul Halifax (who I must say is a miracle worker, you have to give this guy a raise). The guys at Ford were great after that but it still took a couple of hours before we could get on our way and can you believe the problem was only a fuse, something that the other garage should have been able to easily identify and change. I still had to return to Petit Roche for the trailer so I'd estimate we were delayed/side tracked with truck/trailer issues for at least 4 hours which was very annoying and upsetting at the time, but; I really must congratulate all of your employees as each and every one of them went out of their way to ensure the problem was rectified (especially Mike the miracle worker, whom I never even had a chance to speak with) and they were also very pleasant to deal with so kudos to your great staff.....Eric

Guy GNothing, the person was very friendly and efficient, only took a few minutes to get the paper work done and the trailer hooked up. My only thing is that I can't check in online because your site does not recognize/accepts New Brunswick driver licence number.
Paul BTruck 2390 needed an oil change a new battery and new breaks. The light in the dashboard were on and breaking was almost impossible. The owner was not there and I signed that I took the truck on a cardboard.

joe dRented a 27ft truck. Leaked oil. Leaked gas. Filthy interior. Truck was nearly empty when I got it. Charged me $27 additional for fuel when I added $40 to go 25 miles total. I am stupefied that this is all in one rental experience.
