I'll call up there and I'll talk to her.Let her know I left something in the truck And my lock keys She said I can come and get them She says I took sixteen dollars off your Money card I said why She said there was not enough gas in the Truck I told her I took a picture of it when I picked the truck up.I told her I will show her she said okay she gave me my money back she was very nice

MICHAEL MThe pickup location was good and the people were friendly. I believe her name was Amanda was very helpful and explained everything to me. The only bad thing I can say and it's not that bad is the trailer(s) need to have a jack or a prop so it is easier to hook up to with one person.

Shakur WFloor of trailer was covered in sand and gravel. The tie down ratchets were impacted with sand and were rusted to the point where their operation was questionable. The personal there was friendly and efficient at check in and drop off

Hubert MWe did return it while the business was closed, but thanks to the app, I knew about the drop box, and we have returned a truck to this location before, so I knew where to park it. The time we did return it during business hours, the employee was very friendly and informative. The location is in a very convenient area, right off the interstate.

ALMARIO SI had some mechanical issues with my truck while using this trailer and needed to drop off at a different location. Called in and explained the problem, and UHaul did not charge me any extra fees. Very helpful during an already stressful time. Thank you all for everything!
Jason KI filled the gas to within half the width of the dial yet got charged 8 gallons in gas. If this isn’t refunded I will be disputing the charge and Karening about this to as wide an audience as possible, as the charge is bullsbit.
William DI returned the vehicle as requested with fuel at 1/8th of a tank as it was picked up with and was hit with 85+ dollars in charges for fuel! I sent in a complaint and have not heard back as of a handful of days as to why I was charged.
Jason SI was told if I didn't get there before 11 even with a reservation I wouldn't get a uhaul because they was closing early for a wedding. I was broke down and uhaul was a 3 hour walk if I couldn't get a ride they said call the sheriff

The trailer I did take had the tag light go out before I got it back to the dealer. Overall it was a good experience and the trailer did it's job. Thanks Uhaul

Patricia BI did not make a reservation - but they had a unit that perfectly fit our needs and picked up immediately. Staff helped hook the trailer up to our vehicle. Upon return, unhooked the trailer. Pulled in front of the office - before I got out of our vehicle, said we were all checked out and good to go! Great service!
ROLAND EAsked specifically if tires were good and ended up with a flat. Roadside assistance was very helpful and assistance showed up 90 minutes later. The tire should have been replaced a long time ago according to the tire guy. It showed obvious signs of age and poor condition. Will not use this location again.
