Did not receive text about lockbox at all. Thankfully, employee on-site was able to help talk me through it. Tried calling owner at phone number listed on U-Haul transfer email twice. Did not pick up. Picked up immediately for employee. Seemed to not know about reservation I had scheduled on October 2nd. Without employee who was on-site, we probably would not have been able to get a truck on Saturday that I had reserved well ahead of time.
