I paid for blankets, they had zero blankets. The cab was a mess, spilt soda and crap. The back hadn't been swept. It was kind of gross. I wouldn't choose the red lion to do pick ups.

The staff was very friendly making me feel special. The facility was clean and well maintained. The truck rental seemed more like an afterthought. The truck and its windows were dirty. Dirty enough I couldn't drive down the road without washing them first. A quick wash would've done wonders. The windshield wiper blades needed replaced the driver side one was torn so bad a third of its surface area was unusable.

Charged for 3 days, didnt have for 3 days. Broken glass inside the truck. Would never rent or tell anyone to rent from you again

You could tell that the lady wasn't use to doing the U-Haul part. It took over an hour to get the deal done and I ended up having to use my phone to reserve it online for the price she quoted me. Then she couldn't print the contracts.

i had to go to two other locations in Twin Falls and they would not take the trailer back finally i got to the Red Lion were the lady was very helpful .

It was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Not so much the uhaul company but the place we rented it from. The lady at the Red Lion couldn't figure out how to rent us the uhaul we had reserved and it took over an hour for us to actually get the keys. The dolly in the back wasn't zip tied in like it should have been and it wasn't swept out. Inside the cab was dirty as well. There was some dried mess on the dash as well as spilled, dried on soda. I would most definitely not recommend renting a uhaul fron this location, use one of the other locations in Twin Falls if you can.

Didn't know how I was supposed to drop off trailer at this 24 hour location. No one came out of hotel to see if I had really dropped off the trailer, and no one inspected it for damage. I never did get confirmation from anyone that they had received the trailer and that I would not be charged additional for not having the trailer returned in 4 days. Communication could be better.

I talked to some corporate type person on the phone while at the location because my rental went from 50 dollars to 170 dollars because the town i was traveling to was "full" he was very inconsiderate and rude. Other than him being a total jerkoff the red lion staff were friendly and apologetic for his behavior. ++For the staff. Jerk on phone needs a new career as lion food
