I appreciate that Mike has been managing this facility for all the years I've rented my unit. It's great to have a friendly, professional person overseeing the facility. Mike has always been helpful and courteous. This facility could use an update.

I had to store items and lives far across the country. I always felt secure that my property was taken care of and would be in the same condition. I left it in. Would highly recommend.

The manager was ALWAYS helpful when his assistance was needed. Facility was always well lit. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would definitely refer anyone to this storage facility for their storage needs. This manager is a dedicated individual and does not let anything go on that is considered illegal or unsafe.

Very confusing to figure out how to get inside. Located in a storage facility with no parking. Did not have any of the additional equipment I had order. They dug in a shed a found a dolly but not the style I had order. Had to refund the moving pads.

The location was dimly lit. The blinds were not open. It appeared to not be open. It was a bit forbidding.

Was alright. Showed up early and still got the truck. Was told if I turn my uhaul in I would get prorated and get money back which is not true.

The attendant was rude and claimed he was on his lunch break and could not help us. We had to convince him to let us pick up the truck.

Not the pickup location i chose when order was placed. Was instructed via initial phone call to call storage unit to confirm truck. Could not get a live person to answer and left messages with no follow up call. Took nearly 30 minutes at location to pickup due to Uhaul website speed.

I was supposed to rent from 21st Street, but the day before I was told I had to rent from 30th street. The guy was super nice, an extra 15 miles was added on, and the process was easy. I was just aggravated because of the massive inconvenience.

this is the 1st time I rented a storage unit. I found them to be very responsive to questions and the invoicing was very smooth. I would, without hesitation, use them again.

They told us we could drop it anywhere, and it ended up costing me a lot more than was told it would.. will never use this site again.. I should not be the one paying this!!!

I got locked in the lot with my baby for over an hour and had to call Heath police to come and let me out. There are no return instructions nor are there any contact numbers for storage lot owners Incase of emergency.

The truck was extremely dirty - after recieving it I had to clean it with clorox wipes and used half a container of them before they wiped sort of clean. The first ten wipes were black with dirt anf stickiness. I had asked for packinh pads and the location said they never have any (if i knew this I would have planned accordingly but the uhaul site told me I could include them in my order and they would be in the truck). While the employee was very nice and polite the computer system did not work to allow me to pick up the Truck. After several tries he said there was nothing he could do. I called uhaul and spoke to a representative who was very rude to me on the phone. She did not explain things to me clearly and acted put out that she had to be working with me (the Customer). Once I started driving the truck it was clear it was out of alignment which made it difficult to drive - i have rented the same size and larger trucks before from other companies and have never had any of these problems before.

The truck I reserved was not available, forcing me to use a smaller truck, which required multiple trips for my move, incurring extra mileage charges. This will be my last experience with UHaul, I'll pay an out of state company before I deal with you again! It is ridiculous I am charged 0.79/mile when 80 miles were your fault for not filling my reservation correctly.

We arrived a little before 6pm. We could not get into the locked gate (because of the storage units). We called the number provided and no one called all night. We had to call them back the next morning. No one was onsite.

Windshield wipers didn't work, front end of truck was shaking, no one pulled the truck around for us. They made us go out back through the snow to get the truck. I had to ask for the snow to be cleared off of the truck for me. There was no where to park my car while I was away from Uhaul. They required me to park in a public store parking lot across the street

This location, is at a very out-of-the-way location. Unless you know this is a U-Haul facility, no one would ever know.

Booked a vehicle for 9 a.m., but no one arrived at office until 10. Vehicle reeked of cigarettes - ashtray was full.

I had questions about the calculations for the total being charged. The office personnel were not able to adequately answer my questions. She said the computer just calculates the total. I also drove back to the lot and tried to cancel the insurance and the owner of the business refused to allow me to cancel the insurance even though I came back within one hour of renting the truck.

The truck rental was awfully expensive. Next time I will buy a used truck and sell it when I'm done.
