Received a filthy truck, gas level was not accurate and driver door did not shut properly which created a flow of air in cab while driving.

The app is easy enough to set up. I can say that much. Past that the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. I only had the vehicle for about 3 1/2 hours. The transaction is fucking horrible. My using the truck was a week ago and I was initially billed $150 which would’ve been absolutely fine to pay. Three days after I use the service the $150 was removed from my bank like I had not used U-Haul at all. Four days later an entire week I was billed $100. Whoever does the billing is absolutely fucking terrible. They should learn how to do business in a quicker manner. The vehicle was never driven the 70 miles estimated only about 25 to 30. It’s ridiculous don’t take someone’s money then give it back then bill them a week later I will definitely not use U-Haul again.
