Place was closed when I dropped off, so no interaction with the staff. The app for self-dropoff is useless. I had to call the 800 number. The gentleman I talked too was very helpful.

Guy showed up quickly after I checked in. He was very friendly Would be nice to get reimbursed for extra gas I put in or if all trucks were full when picked up
