For one, I did not originally request this location. It just happened to be where they had the truck. I originally rented a 20’ truck but I had to take a 26’ truck because the truck would not start. The truck I received had a broken windshield and a random box in it. I also never received the blankets or Dolley I ordered.

Ronnie AEasy drop off using the app, but there was no one present for us to speak with. Thankfully, there were no issues with the trailer, and we didn't need to speak with anyone.

Brian WThere was no drop box location for keys. Looked forever, tried to find someone to help. Went to service station, and they said they were the drop off box. Instructions confusing, needs to be a sign of some sort to help people so they don’t have to waste time trying to figure out the procedure if no one is going to be present.
