It was unfortunate. I set up the order to be in person but the business was closed due to weather. You can't change the order once it had been confirmed so I had to call customer service. That aspect wasn't bad at all though because there wasn't a phone tree to work through or a long wait time. Then once I got the key out of the box it was the wrong key. There is no option in the app to account for this possibility. But calling customer service was able to fix that. Definitely not how things would normally go. Just a bad day that tested the system. Changes that could be made would be to have a voice-mail that says the business is closed or update hours on Google.
