We returned the U-Haul at night, but the drop-off app kept crashing, so we had to stay there for a while. During that time, two police cars showed up because they had received a report that people were there when no one was supposed to be. I’m not sure who made the report, since it was a designated U-Haul return parking area. We were quite surprised when the police arrived. Also, the return instructions were not very clear.
