The truck brakes were very slow to stop truck and was struggling to get up to speed even is that speed was only 45. The pickup location had no idea what to do and did not have the blankets I had rented nor any idea how to get them. I would not recommend them. The lady at the Shorter Avenue location was great when I went to her for help.
