Reeds was Fantastic! My only problem was my reservation was in Burlington and I had to travel one hour to pick up my trailer. And then an hour back to my home to load up.

BRUCE AThe drop off experience was extremely poor. We had been told when we picked up the truck that we could drop off at a closer location (in Middlebury) but when we called the U-Haul number we were told we would have to pay a fee to drop off there but they couldn't tell us what the fee would be (not even a ballpark estimate) so we ended up driving an additional 30 minutes to return in a remote location that was difficult to find and nobody present. I will not be likely to recommend using U-Haul in the future, I cannot believe the lack of customer service in an organization this large and well established.

Zoe FVehicle was clean but noisy and check engine light was on. Lost of noise around the exhaust. ? Heat shield? Or perhaps side damage from a previous rental. Poor cell service in that area and app wasn’t working. Pick up took almost two hours.
