I am still waiting for an email confirming I returned the truck together with my security deposit. The agent said the system was down but I am surprised the receive this email. Please ask him to pay my security deposit.

Michael HUHaul is an after thought at this location, another business is primary. The employees were helpful and polite, no issues with them. My biggest issue is with the UHaul app—MAJOR PAIN. It is easily the worst app I’ve ever used and it’s not close. If I can’t do my business over the counter with a person, I’ll never use UHaul again.
