Make it easier to pick up the truck on the u-haul
Angela JWe sat at pick up location for an hour and a half before we had help getting our key. Customer service was rude and not very helpful. She insisted that the lock was located on the back of the truck and it was located next to the building. She did not have any patience in the matter and was rude. I finally handed the phone to my husband and he got it resolved. Then they changed our drop off location day of move to a location that was far away from where we requested. We ended up dropping it at the original agreed upon location anyways. We ended up getting charged for extra mileage. The employee at the drop off location business was more helpful than anyone. The app is terrible. Nothing is easy or clear. Customer service places you on hold for 20 minutes. Not a streamlined process like it should be.

Miranda DMake the check out and check back in on your app easier. I had a great experience with the location staff when your app gave me such a hard time. I was not able to check back in with the app so I hope I will not be charged for any extra time.
