Super friendly guy helped me but the location was a compact and rough looking auto shop, the location I thought I was going to doesn't take trailers - compass self storage - so I got directed to this place along the road to drop off. Didn't even look like a Uhaul site. Was just dropping so didn't matter too much, and again, the guy I met was so very friendly and helped me unhook it
