He did mess up my online reservation, nobody there when I reached location. Dropped off location he changed & that location was closed for over a year. I won’t recommend anyone to this location.

The location was advertised as open, it was not open for drop off. And we were charged just under $550 when we were only supposed to pay $220
ronald WI paid for an appliance dolly, they did not have one, I was told there would be a regular dolly, there wasn’t. I spent 3 hours of the time I rented the U-Haul looking for a dolly, I finally had to purchase one for over $100 PLUS I had to rent the U-Haul AGAIN to have time to move since I lost the time looking for a dolly. The U-Haul site would not let me complete return truck information the site where the truck was left was closed. Terrible experience!!!
