I paid for an appliance dolly, they did not have one, I was told there would be a regular dolly, there wasn’t. I spent 3 hours of the time I rented the U-Haul looking for a dolly, I finally had to purchase one for over $100 PLUS I had to rent the U-Haul AGAIN to have time to move since I lost the time looking for a dolly. The U-Haul site would not let me complete return truck information the site where the truck was left was closed. Terrible experience!!!
