The lock was rusted and would t open and once I did get it open it was not the correct key.

Pick up instructions were terrible and I had to call U-Haul. The app told me I needed to go inside to pick up, but the location was closed. The local number provided went to someone unrelated to the location.

Truck wasn’t inspected before I got it. Ended up with a new truck at 5pm when I picked up the initial truck around 9am. Completely set me back and my moving experience was horrible
