When a reservation is made at the local office please do not have the national office attempt to relocate the pick up location. It is an affront to the whole consept of getting a trailer reservation time and pick up approval.

The wrong starting milage was recorded and my credit card was way overcharged, actually doubled! Luckily I took a picture to prove starting milage. The UHaul customer service lady was rude on the phone, wouldn't listen, interrupted and told me it would take up to a week to refund my money but I could talk to my bank! It wasn't my banks fault! Very disappointed with UHaul, not with the pick up location, they were friendly and helpful.

The atic part of the truck was clearly dirty, and having a truck that had a bad 02 sensor at delivery to me was garbage. I got charged extra for fuel due to the truck having a known issue

Overall, the rental went well. Attendant could not figure out how to remove the insurance that didn't want or print a receipt.
The 6 x 12 Enclosed Trailer should have a tongue jack. When the tandem wheels are frozen to the ground, it is very difficult to get the coupler on the ball.

There was no safety pin for the hitch on the trailer, the guy said u-haul doesn't supply them. I think they should. I went out and bought my own. Other than that, I had great, excellent service.

This was a fairly new truck, only 29;000 miles, but when stepping on the brakes the steering wheel shook so hard it was hard to hold on to it.
