When a reservation is made at the local office please do not have the national office attempt to relocate the pick up location. It is an affront to the whole consept of getting a trailer reservation time and pick up approval.
MATTHEW WI am not pleased that I put more gas in than when I took it and was still charges for gas. Not impressed and will be calling about it.

STEPHANIE MThe wrong starting milage was recorded and my credit card was way overcharged, actually doubled! Luckily I took a picture to prove starting milage. The UHaul customer service lady was rude on the phone, wouldn't listen, interrupted and told me it would take up to a week to refund my money but I could talk to my bank! It wasn't my banks fault! Very disappointed with UHaul, not with the pick up location, they were friendly and helpful.
ISABELLA RWe had problems with getting trailer hitch off truck so we could pull ramp out and load it and owner came to us to help us. Very kind and helpful

Nathon MOverall, the rental went well. Attendant could not figure out how to remove the insurance that didn't want or print a receipt. The 6 x 12 Enclosed Trailer should have a tongue jack. When the tandem wheels are frozen to the ground, it is very difficult to get the coupler on the ball.

Alyssa Mu haul let me down. I ordered the equipment a month before I needed it and the day I was to pick it up it was no where to be found. I had an email from uhaul which gave a Chippewa Falls number. Courtney answered, took control, gave me several options and I took the Stanley one. She is my heroine! Jason at Stanley could not have been nicer or more helpful. Moving is hard enough but to not have the equipment you need 24 hours before you have a dozen people coming to help you move is panic time. uhaul needs to rectify this. When it's ordered early the equipment needs to be there---guaranteed.

Albert RThe people were GREAT! However, the charges by Uhaul were disappointing. I reserved the UHAUL at Eau Claire The day before pick up I was informed we had to drive 35 miles the opposite direction (70 miles total). That ate up most of our 80 miles max. Our trip to New Richmond was over 70 miles on top of that. I don't feel we should have had to pay for the inconvenience.
