BLAKE CGreat location and friendly employees. No issues from this location. BUT, U-haul completely screwed me over. The day prior, I was given a confirmation for a DIFFERENT pick up location, so I showed up there, wasted 30 minutes in line, only to be told my truck is 20 minutes further away. So, confirmation was bad and more than an hour wasted during a move. Oh, then the employee at the wrong store offered me a $50 credit which I still have not received, and the employee at the new store said my reservation has been on their books for a few days (ie: the confirmation I received was wrong). Still waiting on my credit, u-haul...

Paul BI would not recommend U-Haul because they changed my vehicle. They changed my pick up location and they changed pick up time.
DAVID MThe truck was very dirty in the cab of the truck with trash, dirty socks, and a sticky substance all over the console, doors, and dash. The box had a ton of dirt and rat feces in it. I was very disappointed in its condition. I was given a $50 credit for this from U-haul.
Amanda WI would not recommend uhaul at this point. All 4 tires on the trailer were bald and at or below the wear indicators.

They were the 3rd place I had to drive to get my reserved UHAUL bc the 1st place gave my truck away. …I had a confirmed reservation to pickup my UHAUL at 1 location, but when I arrived they had given my truck to someone else and did not have the size I needed. They said I could try to go somewhere else. I had movers coming that same day and had to coordinate to push them back bc now I had to go find another UHAUL truck. I drove to a main UHAUL location and they were helpful, but the closest available truck was another 30min away. So I had to drive to a 3rd location to finally get my UHAUL.
Colburn HReliable Hydraulic Solutions Inc was the best location as it is only a mile from my home. The customer service is impeccable!! Will be using this location again soon!
