The U-Haul had broken glass in it, and I paid for rental of a dolly and a furniture dolly and neither of them were in there.

The location was hard to see from the road and was incredibly unsafe. I do not recommend it as a drop off location. I would have paid the fine for changing drop off locations rather than risk dropping off as a female.They had trouble disconnecting the equipment and were not helpful. Strongly do not recommend.
Susan FOn the app I ordered the 8’ pick up. When I got there they gave me a the big truck. I told him it wasn’t what I ordered. He said it’s fine just take it. Now I’m out $150. Never using again.

KALI GI don't have anything good or bad to say about this location. They were very nice and patient with me.
Jonathan Fi just wanted to add that the back tires and the floor inside the driver’s cab was already covered in mud when i rented it. it didn’t bother me but i want to avoid being charged. i would rent again, thank you!
