DARYL BOld run down building even the glass windows were all broken out. No signage no idea where drop box was. Was there for quite awhile trying to figure out what to do. Looked like a horror movie set. Would have thought it was abandoned if it didn’t have the other U-Haul trucks and a kennel with puppies for sale.
Joshua BWhen I called the phone number for this location, the recording said they would be open at 9:00 am No one was there at that time. I waited about 20 minutes then dropped the key and contract in the drop box with no problems. I think the location may have opened at 10:00. Might need to update the recording.
Gregory TI was disappointed to be charged an extra day when I returned the trailer on the day it was due, just a few hours late. I had called ahead 2 days prior and indicated we had encountered severe weather on our journey and would not make the expected time frame but would get the trailer back ASAP. Even after all of that, I was charged an extra day. Very disappointing in the lack of understanding.

David BHonestly, we prefer to use an actual UHaul store. First, I would like state that they did change our dates as requested, helped us save money with prepay, and the woman at drop off in Woodland was kind and helpful. Neither location had personnel the day we picked the truck up. What we thought would take 40 minutes took us almost 4 hours because of this. The truck was not clean and we needed to take photos of damage not listed on the website.

Jean CTruck was dirty. The air conditioner didn't work and they didn't have the fuel or mileage correct and the worker told me I was wrong. Very horrible experience compared to my previous times with U-Haul

Adam NStill learning the system and it took longer than needed to check out. Also, they had miscalculated the gas tank fill, by an 1/8. I didn't realize this before accepting the vehicle.

KENNETH MOdd drop-off location, considering there are are several other storage/U-Haul services in the area. People were friendly and checked in equipment quickly for me.
Maja HTruck had basically been used as a dog kennel before I rented it. Loud vibration behind dashboard. No way U-Haul didn't already know about the problem.
