The folks where so very helpful in hooking up n making sure all lights worked and everything was in good shape.
MARTIN BCheck in was fast but return took over one hour because clerk did not know how to do it or equipment malfunctioned. It was a long wait when we were tired. New truck 26' had econo-gas rating but got 60 mi./11 gal. gas = 5 mi./gal. basically empty weight. Excessive vibration on acceleration. Brand new truck. People were nice.

Phillip WThe U-Haul application isn’t user friendly. I waited 20 minutes at the location after unhooking it from my vehicle to find a way to start the return process. I used online chat and they ultimately told me to go to the web because it was easier. Please fix it so it’s easier to use. I like U-Haul and your products. I want to get in and get out so I can move on with my day.

JAMES RExtremely disappointed that even though I had made the trailer reservation 27 days in advance the original location did not have the trailer in its inventory. I had to drive 44 miles out of my way to another location for this trailer. No compensation for my trouble was offered.

lisa jThis experience would have been rated much higher. However...the associate who waited on us and hooked up the trailer was very nice. She informed us that we could bring the trailer back after they closed, if necessary. We ran a bit behind so we returned the trailer about an hour after they closed. Another associate who had also been working there earlier when we picked the trailer up was in her vehicle. My sister was with us, and she knows how to move a trailer when unhooked (we could not back it in because we don't know how). She intended to unhook it and wheel it back to the spot it was located when originally hitched to my vehicle. We rolled down our window and she said, "I guess you were just going to let it roll down the hill." She got out of her vehicle huffily and unhooked the trailer. As she was rolling it back to the spot, I told her that the other associate had told us we could return it after they were closed. Once again, she said, "Yeah, and you were just going to let it roll down the hill." She was so rude, and had me so flabbergasted, I couldn't even get out that we had intended on wheeling it into the spot, just as she had. There was absolutely no reason for rudeness. She could have just said something like "I just want to make sure it doesn't roll down the hill." And we could have then told her we had intended on rolling into place so that wouldn't happen. I am very disappointed with this experience so I will be renting from a different location in the future. I will not tolerate blatant and unnecessary rudeness.
Michelle MWe didn’t get a utility dolly or sheets when we picked up the truck. We waited 30 minutes for them to open. For her to say oops I forgot them. Making us behind to start with. And with all that we still paid full price. Just sad and I have always used Uhaul without an issue!!!

Thad LMade a reservation for a 26 foot truck, clicked 'are you flexible?' To save money by dropping off in a differant loaction. This also gave me 60 miles to work with Pickup place didnt have a 26 but had a 20 foot trick, so i got that. I got charged full price Got charged full price and get fewer miles, having to pay a milage overage fee. Not happy

James JThe only negative comment is that no one came out to assist me in lifting the trailer off of my hitch and then realizing that 3 employees were inside the store who could have helped. If this against a policy so be it but most customers would be unable to lift a trailer of this size and weight.
