Update the store operating hours on website. It indicates closing time of 5:00 PM, however the operator on duty said someone is there until 10:00 PM.

Thomas CUnprofessional y’all rented me a uhaul now y’all tryna charge me 6 thousand something dollars said I abandoned the rental and had the truck for 67 days I returned the truck to the uhaul place in the current area I live in but now the receipt says I returned it to a uhaul place 6 towns over

Michael LThe same day I got the rental the truck died on me twice and I had to jump it with my own personal vehicle. I put over $20 in gas at racetrack and the gas meter didn't move AT ALL. Upon returning the guy that helped me was very understanding and cooperative. I asked him did everything check out okay and did I owe anything he said no everything was good. Although I don't believe it was his fault, The same day I returned the uhaul they tried to charge my card for $38.70. Fortunately for me I didn't have the funds in the account so it was not processed. 3 days later the same amount tried to be drafted out of my account. I did call someone at the Rendes Quick Stop #5 location where I rented the uhaul to tell them my situation so they can try and take Carr of it.

Shyla ZDid not update my information. I had told the doo keeper that I needed to drop off at another location and he did not update date. So U-Haul charges me an additional 188.00 for dropping off closer to my destination.

John BI HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL. I had a trailer reserved for 6 weeks and day before they changed my pickup location. When I got there no facility, would not answer phone and U-Haul told me there was nothing they could do. Basically my problem. Finally found one 40 miles away so cost me 2 hours and 80 miles of fuel. No discount or apology given. No issue with dealers, just U-Haul itself. How could they confirm change of location day before and not have the trailer? Unacceptable
