Bill and Tara were extremely friendly, and were very customer centric. Tara was very helpful both times I called and Bill saved me money on my rental. The truck was the cleanest truck I've ever rented. The inside of the cab was so clean, the air was working really well, and the cab even smelled good. I highly recommend Renown for truck rental.

All of the trucks had brand new tires; mine had less than 30k miles and had the coldest AC iced experienced in a U-Haul. The 24/7 access to collect your van is super convenient too.
