Good afternoon hope all is well. I had some issues and it was noted on my account. I went to location where I had reservations on day of pick up. It was to be $211.00 out the door. The manager did not show up so I had to drive to different location to get trailer. I was charged $383 for the trailer. I droped the trailer off at location I was told on 3/15/26. Clerk was present at time of drop off. I got a late charge $30.80 because they didn’t process it till 3/16/26. My paperwork said drop off was 3/16/26. I dropped it off a day earlier and they processed it on day of drop off and charged me a late fee. Could you please call me back @ 2766233095 so we can discuss this Thanks

MILTIADIS MReturned the vehicle a few minutes prior to 10 am, was told that the PSO system was down and they could not register the vehicle information. When the system comes back up, they would document when the vehicle was returned and email the information to me. They could not provide me a rental return receipt until the system is up. I told them I would take pictures of the vehicle dashboard display to show mileage and gas reading. To my surprise. I receive a receipt stating I returned the vehicle a 2:23 pm and the gas was not passing the 3/4 of a tank. I have my uber receipt of when I was picked up from that location and the picture of the vehicle dashboard to submit to you. I cannot explain the dishonesty of this location. I took the picture as a fail-safe, just in case. And informed them, but I see they simply did not care.

SCOTT RThe truck has a really bad smell in sundae the bed and had blankets all over the back. I call the location about 30 min after a rental pick up and they said that someone would call me. That call never happen. I also voice my concerns when I drop it off and the person said she couldn’t help me with the issue. I will never take my business to this location again. JOSE AFirst, The truck was dirty and not clean at all inside and outside, check engine light on I told the man about on the spot and he put a note about it Second, I drop the truck off at the same night, next day morning I went to turn the key in, the lady told me they gonna check the truck and send me the invoice thru the email, 3 hours later haven’t received any thing I called up there she said ooo we forgot to do it will do it now, 1 hour later nothing came up, I drove back to the location, they wanna act stupid with me like they have no idea what I was talking about. Poor customer service

Andrea HThe auto transport we used was very unsafe. The passenger wheel strap would come completely loose causing the vehicle being towed to shift and also required us to stop every other hour to check the strap and retighten it. Very unsatisfied.
Joshua JThe service was good. The vehicle was ready and clean. However, the location of the vehicle was changed on the day of pickup to a place 5 miles away farther than the original (adding a total of 10 miles round trip). I forgot to refill the tank. The vehicle was returned with the fuel needle just above the full line (between full and 1/4 tank), not just above the 1/2 line, as the Transaction Receipt showed.
RAUL STrailer was pointed to and released. No instruction, no jack, we had to squat-lift the tongue up onto the hitch from sitting on the ground.
