It took about an hour and a half to get the truck, the girls couldn't find the reservation, then couldn't find the keys, then told me I couldn't rent for a one way trip, then the manager told them that they couldn't find the truck because it wasn't returned so they had to take pictures of the truck and send it to the manager.... had to wait a lot, too much considering I did the reservation months in advance

Espera DThe employee who welcomed us clearly lacked the required training. It took over an hour to get us sorted in the computer (this may also be the fault of the U-Haul website). I am unsure at this point if my secondary driver was even added. The employee was very kind and patient, and clearly stressed from the lack of support from his non- present team. The parking lot seems to be open to anyone, and I was extremely lucky that one of the drivers of the parked vehicles happened to pass by to pick up something in his car. I was able to ask this random stranger to move his car, otherwise it would have been impossible to take the truck as it was blocked in. Additionally, this location was not the one I had originally booked. It was changed about 28 hours before my selected pickup time because "they did not have the selected truck at my chosen location". The new location had different opening hours and took me a round trip of over an hour in traffic to get to. The woman on the phone was very unapologetic and gave me attitude when I asked if there were other options. Why bother booking in advance if all of my plans had to be changed last minute due to no fault of my own. Overall, very customer unfriendly experience, especially considering this was for a house move, which is already difficult and stressful enough without the added hurdles of dealing with uhaul's completely non customer friendly service.

Zaheer AAgain, when I arrived at the place where I had to take my rental, I was informed that the reserved truck was not available, so I was sent further to get another one and I was charged the Mileage of the place further away which made me lose 1:30 of my day due to the incompetence of your company. I had booked at the beginning of June and I had other problems with your staff and your rental system. I gave you one last chance this week and you ruined it

Nadher EYou can not improve perfection. Your UHall Rep. Was the most professional I have met so far and I have been using your services for over 50 years. He very courtious, explained things very clearly and went out of his way to accommodate me. I had locked my purse inside the mini van and he came by during the evening to check if everything was ok. He found my purse and locked it inside his office. Next morning I was able to retrieve all my cel, wallet, etc. And gave him a small tip, but he deserved so mich more. Maybe UHall should reward their most valued agents. Thanks again to Mr. Métayer.
