The car dolly tires were so out of balance, the dolly shook the truck for 1200 miles. It was so violent it shook the taillight out of its holder. Had no taillights

The only issue was according to Greg at Rental Pros 2 there was an issue with U-Hauls computers and it would not take either of my credit cards so I had to pay with a check which luckily I had with me. Also the 10' truck we had was a very rough ride, bumpy, felt every little crack in the road. Driving on Illinois roads there are alot of those. :-(

If I didn't have to return it to the same location and charged for taking it back it would have been cheaper on me... but over all it I would recommend...

Can of the van was terrible, seats were full of Dog hair and insulation material. The windshield had so many bugs visibility was bad. Had to clean the inside and windshield before using. Other than that good equipment.

I originally ordered a box truck but they called me and told me that it was super busy and would I mind switching to a van. I did but of course it cost me more loads and a concussion for my wife. She here had probably four times. Other than that, a good experience.

I am not interested in the next customer. I am only interested in me. I was told the first time the cost would be $174.00. Then I was told it would be $164.00. However, I was charged $189.00. I want my $25.00 back NOW. I will not recommend U Haul to anyone.

Check in was great. But returning the truck via online was a huge pain. I expected to just return the truck to an actual human and be on my way. not spend a half hour online, taking photos, answering questions etc. This made me not want to use U Haul ever again.

Truck needs to be inspected / Pm before renting out to customer. My 1st rented truck has low tires pressure and radiator leaked. 2nd replacement trucks, has bad wiper blade. The wiper rubber was halve separated. All tire were low air. Rental Pro did corrected all issues on 2nd truck before I left their yard.

My truck was not ready by 830 Was sent to peru as told it would be ready by 9 It was 20 past 10am When we finally received the truck ine was stolen the other had no key available We were supposed to get a 26 and got a 20 terrible. !! Super rood in Peru !! Smart asses too

Before sending a truck out, make sure it is road worthy. Within two blocks of leaving the pickup point the front end vibrated excessivelyand the headlights reached out only about 25 ft in front of truck. Brights were not much better. Since I had picked up the keys and returned after closing I was stuck with this truck. My 30 mile trip to my home was teeth chattering. After reluctantly using the truck for my 25 mile round trip move ,I returned the truck to my local agent , Andrew at Supreme Auto in Toluca. He was able to arrange for my drop off at his site so I wasnt charged a one way rate. His service was great.

Someone should go over where the gas tank is located on your cargo vans it took me 15 minutes then a call to roadside assistance to figure it out I felt really silly.

Our trailer was filthy. There was broken glass, tacks, staples and a large amount of dust/dirt that I had to sweep our prior to putting my belongings in. Other then that, the truck drove fine.

Try confirming with the company that the U-Haul is there I had to reschedule three different times because I called myself to confirm that it was going to be there and it wasn't they had me scheduled to pick up a U-Haul hour and a half away from where I wanted to be so that would have been an extra probably 1980 miles that I would have had to pay for

Other then the fact that my first and second reservation was messed up and I ended up with only a 10 foor truck instead of the larger one that I needed I ended up having to make two trips in order to get everything which pushed my new job back two days. I also was getting storage and they had that messed up as well which ended up putting me hours late in returning truck. I would like to have the charges for extra miles waived since had I gotten the larger truck I would have been fine. Also they would send a message telling me to pick truck up in princeton where I lived and in reality I had to drive 30 miles to Peru to pick it up then 30 miles home to start loading it up. I was also told I would be getting the extra miles taken care of yet they billed me for them I wasn't too happy lol y overall and then when I did go to return truck I was unable to stop for gas because I was unsure of the area I was in and it wasn't well lit area and there were lots of undesirable folks hanging out which kind of scared me so I said heck with it I'm not about to get out here as a female alone no way. I would hope uhaul would not expect me to do that. I had waited until I was near location to gas up and that was only station open so I left it where it was. When I tried to return online it would tell me I had no account so I would go thru process of creating an account only for it to say I already had one it took me an hour to return truck as I had to sit on hold forever just to speak to someone and figure out my account. Please contact me regarding these issues as I feel a credit is in order. Thank u

The truck was clean and had brand new tires but it would have been easy for someone to grease those noisy door hinges.

We ordered 2 trucks for pickup and only one was available. We are a school and needed both trucks for a moving project. This error caused numerous problems for us. Communication with the Peru facility was awful. We will never use that location again.
