Sandra MI had a reservation days in advance with another U-Haul dealer. Her District Manager Kevin Didabinko FAILED to have the equipment at her location for pick-up. I found myself what I needed in the neighboring town and rented it (with transfer of my reservation). It COST me an extra $70.00 in fuel, 100+ miles and 2 hours for my trip. I am NOT a happy with the results of this reservation. Rental Source of Hiawassee was NOT at Fault.
JEFFREY BTruck parked tightly so getting pictures as required was impossible. Was parked in the mud so my shoes were filthy. Inside of cab also muddy - how could it not be given where it was parked. Also, this truck needs to have the transmission checked or even be retired from service. It is definitely past its prime.

MICHAEL TThe trailer was clean. But, I believe the tires need balancing or wheel alignment. The trailer was the worst I ever towed from any uhaul. It bucked, vibrated, shimmied the whole trip back to Madison.

Roy, the traffic coordinator up here in Georgia and the local staff in Hiawassee were wonderful! The whole group did all they could to make my move successful.

WILLIAM FTwo issues I will comment on is when picking up the trailer it was parked in their lot that is dirt and mud. It had been raining so I and their attendant were dredging through mud to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. The other issue is I learned during the pick up that my electric connector required an electrical light adapter which they did not offer. I had to purchase one down the road at an AutoZone.
