Pros: Convenient location. Friendliness of workers. Easy to pick up and return. Ease of website to book and pay.
Cons: The truck floorboard was very dirty inside and had a big pile of dirt on the bumper. This was undoubtedly due to the recent rains and lack of gravel in parking area. The front bumper had damage and was secured by rope.

The Uhaul app was not easy to navigate. At least where I live in the mountains it wasn't. Not all areas will have service.

When I went to turn in trailer they wanted to charge me a $30.00 fee because they stated that I didn't turn it in at the right location. According to records I was to turn it in at he location where I rented the unit. I told them when I rented it that I was taking it to Lake Park Ga. However they could not find the Lake Park location.

The parking lot was not paved. Large aggregate gravel and a lot of bare spots that was mud due to recent rain. Would not use this location to return or pickup rentals for this reason.

Original drop off location no longer accepts UHaul so had to find another location. Waited on phone hold at UHaul for 30 minutes trying to find alternate drop off location. Finally found one myself on line. New drop off location was great. UHaul didn’t help one bit!!
