This location on Hohokam have really bad service . The lady is very uncooperative and does not know what she is doing . Paid with cash and went back for refund of deposit and said she did not have change and owes me like 8 dlllr tonpick them up later. Very bad location

Let me say that the woman who runs this location is very cooperative and totally unable to advise, assist in or solve my problems. I am actually a pain in her ass but she has been most gracious about local advice and took the truck and trailer. But I still have the keys because it is loaded and she doesn't want to be responsible. I have assured her I am trying to locate a solution. The problem is clear. In Uhaul's aggressive goal to satuate the market in defense against competition, it simply took anywon how would put up ythe investment and fly the nflag. Uhauls's quality Control team mus be hiding somewhere or not reporting the truth. The consumer cannot take Uhaul on trust David Thornhill Thompson

The person in charge wasn't very helpful in helping me unhook the trailer so I could deliver the contents of the truck to their destination.

It was the worst experience, the lady in charge, Alma, is rude, disrespectful and arrogant, even with her co-worker, she yelling at me, she even acuse me of not wanting to pay the difference (witch I complained about it, that's true) and called the police, which was totally wrong, I had to unhook and accommodate the autotransport and the truck, because no one wanted to do it, the police realize she was lying, give me the reason and left, whitout any trouble. I paid in chash and she refused to give me a receipt or the contract, wich worries me, said that she would send it by email, but he did not do it, I won't use your service anymore, I know that do you have many clients but it's not fair that kind of treatment to any costumer. There is a lot of misinformation, your assistance number do not work well or cut off during the call.

I got a 26' truck for 99 dlls, when I only needed a small truck to tow my car. I had no option than to pay that large amount. I didn't receive the brake light that attach to the auto transport either.

She was to busy at her other store to meet me at the time that we set. Then she would wait on customers that wanted to rent a lawnmower. I had to go to another rental place to get a extension for the trailer lights. I had a hard time understanding standing her. She did not speak good English

When I booked there was a RESERVATION GUARANTEE that started if you don'tprovider me with the equipment size, location, and pickup time as agreed I would be compensated..........YOU FAILED TO MEET 2 OUT OF THE 3 GUARANTEES AND HAVE YET TO DISCUSS MY COMPENSATION. The negligence of maintaining this agreement resulted in additional time for contact movers that were previously guaranteed which you all should be responsible for. When renting an auto transport you should explain the responsibility of hooking up and unhooking your vehicle prior to booking. It's also not a good idea to become snide when revealing these new rules the day of to a customer then after discussing this sending them a text msg stating the companies stance of liability and responsibility. Arriving at drop off locations with attitudinal employees aggressively. Verifying that the newly assigned drop off location is conducive to the customer, not just sending a txt msg. Ensuring that the newly elected drop off location will be willing to receive the equipment because the place you all selected without my considerations REFUSED to receive the equipment. Training the customer service agents on how to properly DOCUMENT, RECORD, AND ESCALATE complaints (Donna in the traffic department is useless and lacks proper customer service skills.

They were refusing to take the trailer I rentedand said they were too full, so did the U-Haul on Grand Ave. I had to insist on them taking the trailer. They are Hispanic and act like they don't speak english. I had to get angry with them just to drop off the damn trailer!

Have what you advertised on line available at ALL of the Uhal locations. In Nogales, .AZ they charge separately for the items that you advertise online that are suppose to be part of renting the vehicles to move. Like the dolly, blankets and other items. The movers that you can also hire to help are also not available in Nogales area which is also very deceiving. The truck was great but if you don't have the right equipment it is not such a great experience. The place I rented from they charged me for the dolly and never put it in the truck. The other Nogales location I called did not handle the truck size I needed. Very Sad to have such poor service in my town.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were disappointed. For many years, (In the past), My family has always used Uhaul due to good service and decent prices. This time was the exact opposite. The woman who rented us the Uhaul, didn't speak ANY English!!! She did not try to be helpful, she was extremely rude and refused to provide us with a number or contact to file a complaint. She did not go over the contract with us. She did not explain any fees. The only thing she did was keep asking for our payment info. We repeatedly asked "How much?" She simply responded with "Credit Card number?" She did not know how to use her own computer, I had to help navigate a system I've never used. The equipment was poor at best. Dirty and barely functional. We had to get the utility dolly ourselves. She also did not help in any way at all with the trailer attachment. Not even an explanation on how to do it ourselves. We had to "figure that out". She didn't even come outside. So there we were, husband and wife, in triple digit heat, sweating and trying to decipher how the trailer attaches to the Uhaul truck, how to undo the tire straps on the trailer and how to actually strap the tires in safely. While our 2 small children waited in the car. The truck cabin was filthy, flower seeds and food leftovers strewn about. Tires air pressure was very low. Which we pointed out and she just shrugged. The truck engine sounded funny, and when we asked about maintenance on the rental, she replied that the gas tank "should be full". We drove across country. More than 1,500 miles! The entire time the engine was revving at over 4500 rpms! While barely going over 40 miles an hour, sometimes less, appx 25 miles an hour with the rpms extremely high, which in turn , killed our gas mileage making us fill up on gas over and over and over. This was quite literally the WORST Uhaul experience we could've possibly had! I would like to file a complaint and OFFICIALLY REQUEST RE-IMBURSEMEMT for our trouble and horrible service. The driverside window crank fell off every time we would shut the door. This also caused it to be difficult to roll the window up and down as needed. Also the guide wire in the back that makes the door go up and down was out of its place causing the door to stick and make it hard to open and close.

When I dropped off the trailer the business was closed, the sign read "Closed Saturday and Sunday". I was a bit nervous about dropping off the trailer in an unsecured parking lot.

I rented a Uhaul truck was given to me dirty not clean employer did not did a walk through of truck. Employer had to leave did not have a chance to tell her it was dirty and when returned charged a 25 dollar fee for cleaning. I returned Uhaul as it was given.

The Rental business where I picked up the truck also rents various equipment for construction/yard work. The office smelled strongly of gas and oil. I was not there very long but I felt sorry for the lady who has to work in that cramped space and smell those fumes!

We needed rental on Saturday and the Nogales location is not open on sat or sun which we were not aware until we got there. But it happened that it was briefly open and was able to rent afterall. We were attended very well. But it would be great if it was open on weekends so that people could take of business on their days off.

I could not rate this location fairly since they close early on Saturdays, and I returned the trailer to this location a couple hours after they closed. However, they did have a drop box for me to be able to drop the paperwork.

When I arrived to the location, the store was closed, I had to make a call to an emergency number to ask the lady for the unit. She showed up 1 hour later and she told us that she was doing "a favor" to us because they are not supposed to open on Saturdays. I do not know where the mistake was made but it was a really bad experience with u haul, I never experienced this before.
