My experience was horrible I was told to drop it off at 2201 Indian Street Stuart Florida I dropped it off November 30th 2025 there was no lights to see where the key drop was the next morning I called several U-Haul facilities the people were unfriendly and unhelpful. Continue to call U-Haul locations for the whole week extremely stressful and horrible experience only to be ripped off and overcharged not to mention stressed out!!! Can someone call me to straighten out my bill 732-295-8411

Terrible. No staff. No instructions. No office. Complicated and long on how to return the vehicle correctly. Insane to have a location without any office or support staff or instructions. And was not informed of this crazy set up. Never again!
