The staff for this facility didn't give me the extra month that I paid with anticipation. I understand about the deposit that I gave when I rented this storage because I left a little stuff inside of the storage but that is not applied for the extra month. They rejected to refund my money.

I love this location and staff. Although the office hours are limited I was always able complete the necessary transactions. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location. It's safe, convenient, friendly, and easy to access. 5 out of 5 stars.
