This was my 2nd pick up location because where my confirmation location did not have a vehicle for me as promised. 1st location was a filthy smelly mess. They didn’t know why our vehicle wasn’t there. They got on the phone and found me a vehicle 19 minutes away. Got to 2nd place & there was nobody familiar with how to checkout a vehicle. Had to wait for someone else to come. Pick up was delayed 2+ hours. This was a terrible experience

Horrible experience they said truck was at different location and could be returned there however that was not the case. I was way over charged

Mitch BAs stated previously, your “customer service” is atrocious. 2.5 hours to dispatch because your support personnel were so incredibly rude to the U-Haul agent and me. I was told initially, and rudely, that support could not talk directly to a customer. 2 hours later, I was asked to walk out on the lot and get them the vehicle numbers.
William CCorner gas station with a very pleasant lady working the counter. She had some problems dispatching, so she called you for assistance. The way that she was treated was disgusting and bordered on outright racism. You treat your customers like crap but you treat your agents even wise.
WILLIAM CTrain the people. I was there for an hour trying to get the trailer and leave. I had already booked everything online. Also I was never informed of what time I needed to return the trailer at the drop off location that I picked but was charged another days rental. Then it took me 30 mins to go thru the drop off process by myself. U-Haul expects way more out of the customer than they should. You charge way too much for all that I had to go through and do.
Kevin WI wouldn’t want to drop anything off had I been by myself. Very poorly maintained building and area. The fact the uhaul app couldn’t read my location just made drop off in what felt like an unsafe location even worse.

Michal NThe Uhaul representative on the phone needs to direct the customer who to go to in order to talk to person in charge at certain sites such as gas station, stores. I arrived at a location where Uhaul equpment was in the back of gastation store, I called backs to customer service for assistance, and finally another (different from the first call) representative told me to talk to gas station attendent5
