We couldn't even get in the gate to the storage facility where the Uhaul was kept. Took 30 minutes to get a hold of the storage facility for a gate code. So 30 min into my rental. Then we got to d rop off becausr this was one way and the directions to the drop off location was WAY OFF. It had me driving 15 miles the opposite direction. We took a picture of the dash when we started and ended. Tried to tell me I would owe becausr we left it on 3/4 tank. IT STARTED ON 3/4. Will go with someone else from now on even if they cost more because I bet it will be better than this

I was basically stranded for 4 1/2 hours because it was not maintained properly and then because of that got caught in a bad thunderstorm where now most of my books for my classroom are now ruined from water damages and I’m going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace it. What can’t be replaced is things like my old yearbooks etc that now acquired water damage. I will be contacting someone at uhaul about my experience.
