The uhaul app and people that answer the phone are horrible. The app is confusing and not accurate. When I called to try and find a trailer, I was told there were zero available in Alaska for any of the 3 days I was trying to pick up a one way trailer. On the day before I was leaving, I checked and there were several available. People on the phone were never very helpful.

NGOC TThe rep at the store Michael was completely rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t answer any questions I asked him. This location is not clearly marked as a uhaul drop off and when asked where the front door to drop off the keys were his response was “I don’t know how to explain how doors work.” I will never go to Rethink Home or use that Uhaul drop off again.

If he only inputs the numbers, he should be able to tell when its been filled up. I want my money back for having to refill other people's fuel!l

Adeline KThe van was completely snowed in, 2+ feet of snow covering the whole thing. Plus, a plow truck plowed a 4ft berm behind it and I had to borrow a shovel from a neighboring business to use because no one was at the store I picked up from. The U-Haul was clean and ran great, but I was verry disappointed that I had to spend over 30 minutes digging it out myself.

No instructions when booking you will need to do everything online and get a code to get the keys for vehicle out of the lot. Wasted a whole hour of trying to vehicle out of lot.
