RONALD HI was charged for blankets I didn't use or order. I signed up for 10:00am pickup and it was changed to 1:00pm and the location was changed. Not happy at all.
Lori DThis location is a narrow strip of land between railroad tracks and a busy 4 lane street. The primary business is a Mexico import shop. There was no room to safely back the trailer in and the only attendant couldn’t unhook the safety chains. This business should not be a U-Haul rental center.
ROBERT MGloria was awesome. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of after hours. I’d recommend her to everyone. Aside from that, there was a lot of confusion as to where I need to go, and everything. This made me late to pick up my furniture, which in turn I could not pick up that day. Non of the confusion is directed at Gloria AT ALL, she was fantastic. This was an issue with UHaul themselves.
Zebediah BWhen we arrived to pick up our rental, there were three available; two of them were very dirty and stunk of cigarettes, and one of them had cigarette butts on the floorboard. I had to argue to get a clean rental van.

Simon DOnly issue I had was that fender on driver side had to be secured properly. Rear bolt for folding application was missing and tire was rubbing on fender once trailer was picked up. Was easily able to correct this by just adding a bolt after vehicle was loaded on to truck.
Wesley AIt was raining so they delayed opening. Totally understandable but still had to wait an hour after rain stopped. Just not good customer service in my opinion.
Marsha PWhoever runs this location can't do basic math and entered the wrong fuel level on the contract and would not change it when I showed her proof that there was only 3/16 of a tank not the 7/16 stated in the contract. It took me an excessive amount of time to get it corrected after returning the truck. I requested another location but U-Haul changed it to this one which was way out of my way and in a really bad part of town and it was not staffed when I requested pick up so everything had to be done over the phone causing even more confusion.

MIguel ATrailer was checked in remotely. Had blanket and cinerblocks in back along with twine on the floor. Did have new tires and all lights we connected. Yard is off a busy street with little room to menuver.

Sandra RNone of the trailers had trailer jacks. These are extremely heavy. My back still hurts from lifting trailer off of the ball. Next time if there is no jack, I will go to a competitor
Mark AWe were directed to an un attended lot, no office or anyone there. We call a number & were told they would be there in about 15mins, they would rather do the paperwork over the phone. Which was not that straight forward, we were taking truck & returning next day & driving it locally. We were charged double because we were bringing it back next day. We told then a day was 24hrs & the truck would be returned within the 24hrs. They charged us for 2 days, this was the worst service & I fully intend to get refund because of the absolute inconvenience it was to hire.

Rio GThe check engine light was on from the minute we picked it up. Leasing agent said there was nothing she could do because there were no other truck available. And since we didn’t take out safe sure Ins if it broke down it would be our responsibility. Tires had very little tread and the air conditioner didn’t work. The number of pads we requested weren’t available. The person at our pickup location knew very little about the rental. Overall a very frustrating experience

Grant MDid not have the Furniture Dolly that I had reserved. The lady behind the counter was great and very helpful. She tried to find me some dollies at another location. But that location had a line a mile long with people that had been there almost 2 hrs. So I called her back and asked her to cancel my dollies which she did and then called me back later to let me know that the cancelation had went through. Revamp was great they took good care of us.

Jacob CI reserved a 26’ truck, a hand truck, dolly, and 1 dozen moving pads. Only the moving truck was provided. I didn’t mind the pickup location change, but the move was more difficult without the supporting equipment I reserved.
Marcus HCharged my card multiple times, took 4 days to return my funds. Little concern by staff and management. Left us in a horrible jam 600 Mike's away from home and only offered a 25% discount return. Should have received a full refund for their screw up.

Suzanne KYou can not charge 13 dollars over 3 dollars worth of missing gas, you could charge people fairly as I only needed the uhaul for one day but you guys charged 433 for 3 days next time charge for the one day instead of the amount of days you think people need.
Karla HI needed to pick up the truck around 9:30, I arrived at the location and the code would not work to open up the truck to get to the key. After over an hour, the owner showed up and it turned out she had given us the wrong combination to the lock so I was late getting to where I needed to be.

Rosita LGreat location, great service. The one little thing that could have been adjusted is the rear view mirror on the passenger side for drivers that are 5ft 6in in height. Other than that this will be my primary rental place.

HOSANNA MLocation open for business later than I needed. Not their fault, uhaul should do a better job pairing people with locations. Attendant was slow and not prepared. Location is inconvenient with no parking and a busy street adjacent. No space to maneuver

Gloria SI asked for a receipt and didn’t get one when I checked in and when I checked out, and the time I got the truck was 4:56 pm and the contract showed 230pm and the agent said it was ok because she had issues resetting the time but she would take care of it tomorrow, and when I returned the truck today she wasn’t there, so I told the agent today and he said it was okay and now I’m disputing the charge it should have only been $ 47.00 plus tax and I was charged $92.07 which is over $45.00 so I called and held on for over 30minutes and I will be calling back , because I don’t have money to donate to uhaul, thank you , my number is 504-365-6385 Gary Clements
