I asked for a receipt and didn't get one when I checked in and when I checked out, and the time I got the truck was 4:56 pm and the contract showed 230pm and the agent said it was ok because she had issues resetting the time but she would take care of it tomorrow, and when I returned the truck today she wasn't there, so I told the agent today and he said it was okay and now I'm disputing the charge it should have only been $ 47.00 plus tax and I was charged $92.07 which is over $45.00 so I called and held on for over 30minutes and I will be calling back , because I don't have money to donate to uhaul, thank you , my number is 504-365-6385 Gary Clementsgary C.

It would be nice if uhaul let the customer choose the drop off location. I have rented a truck nearly 10 times this year and each time I choose a location close to me Uhaul changes the drop off to someplace across town. Very frustrating.DANNY L.

The truck was great! The cab super clean! The vendor was also helpful and on time! Our only problem was now that we have gotten home and putting our furniture back together, we have found several pieces of gum stuck to everything. None of us chew gum and it was only stuck to the furniture that was on the bottom so I guess it blended in with the floor of the truck and no one saw it while cleaning.Alejandro C.

I was very pleased with this drop-off location. According to Google, this location opens at 10am. Sure enough... a few minutes before 10:00, the owners drove in. Very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my drop-off experience.Dianna C.
