The U-Haul agent Aziz was friendly and did a good job though he simultaneously had to take care of the Revelstoke Recycling Center with one assistant only. However, no sign indicated that the U-Haul station is located at the same place.

Typical U-Haul location. No designated U-Haul employees, no signs indication U-Haul location. Trucks parked behind recycling depot, just have to walk behind and do your thing.

Edward MI have used this location twice for drop-off. The process was simple and parking was easy. No personnel to deal with directly as keys and rental contract were deposited in a drop box.
KURT RI selected this as my pickup location and Uhaul didn't call until 24hrs before the move to tell me that It was closed and I couldn't get the truck there. They we're going to send me 1hr away even though I don't have a vehicle to get to the other location. Can you please keep track of the hours of the locations. There is no reason to show me the option to pick up a vehicle on a day that the entire location is closed, and certainly no reason to wait that long to inform me about the error.

Brian CThere’s no gas station anywhere near this drop off location. Be warned, go through Revelstoke and fill up before you get there, they will rip you off when it comes to filling the truck up with gas.
Joe MMy first and last time I will ever rent a u-haul. Everything seemed fine… then everything that we reserved and booked for 5 days previously collapsed. All of a sudden the truck was not available. The moving company said they needed to be paid an additional 4 hours travel time because they were 2.5 hour away. U-haul recommended the moving company.!!!I spent over 2 hours being transferred from department to department- 5 different departments. So dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. Your company does not care at all. Moving is stressful. Moving 1400 km - hiring not only a driver for the truck but also the moving company to load and co- ordinating flights etc… If I reserve a truck that says it’s available on the date I need it and then 12 hours before I pick it up it’s all of a sudden not available? Then picking up the truck the guy at the u- haul is rude; yelling and losing his temper. Says he can’t take VISA debit - yet I could book and pay with it to reserve. Wants cash. Caution to those renting a u-haul in a smaller city or town.

James DThe place for the drop off was closed, no one was there to help and even the drop off box wasn’t there. I called the u-haul customer service and they said I needed to come back the next day but I told them I wasn’t close (1.5 hrs away) so they said to leave the key under the drivers mat
