This review will be for the Uhaul reservation team and scheduling system. Both locations I was sent were fine, with friendly representatives, safe locations. However, I rented the truck online 2 hrs prior, and when I arrives at the location I was told the system was down, and there were no trucks to use. I called the reservation line and after a 15 min wait, and two transfers was sent to another facility about 8 miles away to pick up another truck. Upon arrival I was told that it was in town move only so the truck would have to be returned to the same location, instead of the original reservation which was drop off where I was moving to, 75 miles away. The rep at this location was very nice and even helped me get a local locksmith to make a key fob for my car, but the reservation would actually cost a little more. This was a very time sensitive move, and while Uhaul isnt responsible for that, it would be nice of they had a better reservation system, and better inventory of their local vs remote trucks, and at least honor the original price quote considering the extra time and distance i wasted.
