Dropped truck off on Saturday(7/12) and left keys in return box. Less than a 24-hour rental! Was charged for a 3-day rental, as return station failed to recognize the return until Monday(7/14). Terrible service! Count me as a detractor. Never renting from U-Haul again. Do not recommend to family or friends.

Paperwork instructions said to call before drop off. I called 4 times, no answer or no return call. UHaul said to drop off anyway and take pics. There was a mechanic there at dropoff and pointed where to drop trailer. No help, did it myself. He did not speak English so there was no communication.
